Pete Faust has been a realtor in N. Idaho since 1991...  
He is a Certified Residential Specialist - holder of the nationally recognized CRS designation. He is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). 
He has a double Bachelor's of Science in Anthropology and Geography from Cal Poly - with his focus of studies in Urban Planning.

Pete's first major project was Prairie Falls Golf Course subdivision where he served as Senior Project Manager from 1994 until 2000. Also, he marketed the Hunter's Glen Project with his then partner Ed Corey at Tomlinson Black.

Mr. Faust has been doing design work for the builders in his projects as needed - from simple changes in floorspace to complete custom designs for area builders Viking Construction - Hallmark Homes - Huckabee Construction -
